Filipino Nannies in Wimbledon

Filipino Nanny works with Wimbledon families looking for nannies and nanny-housekeepers. We define the role from the children, duties, weekly hours, working arrangement and current candidate availability rather than treating the SW19 postcode as a generic template.

What our SW19 enquiries show

This is a small agency enquiry sample, not a claim about completed placements or the whole Wimbledon childcare market. We use it only to explain why a dedicated page has a local purpose.

Three enquiries in the agency dataset used SW19 postcodes. Two included Nanny and two included Nanny-Housekeeper; the role field allows multi-selection, so those mentions overlap. Two of the three enquiries were part-time and one was full-time.

The sample is too small to claim a local market trend. It does, however, contain repeated nanny and nanny-housekeeper role signals, which means the local page can answer a real role-definition question rather than repeating a generic London description.

Method: WPForms client-enquiry entries held by Filipino Nanny, 13 April 2025 to 20 August 2026. Postcode grouping uses the submitted SW19 prefix. Enquiries are not the same as completed placements.

Nanny or nanny-housekeeper?

Choose a nanny where childcare is the primary responsibility and any household tasks are child-related duties agreed in the role.

Choose a nanny-housekeeper where the family genuinely needs regular childcare plus wider household work. The duty split should be explicit so the combined workload remains realistic within the agreed hours.

Our SW19 sample contains repeated mentions of both roles, so defining that boundary is more useful than assuming every Wimbledon family needs the same type of help.

What should your brief include?

  • Full-time or part-time
  • Weekly hours and required days
  • Live-in or live-out
  • Children’s ages and recurring routines
  • Childcare duties
  • Any separate household duties
  • Driving or school-run requirements where relevant
  • Preferred start date

If the role itself is unclear, use our nanny, nanny-housekeeper or housekeeper guide.

How hiring in Wimbledon works

  1. Send the role and postcode. Include hours, days, children’s ages, duties and start date.
  2. Clarify the job type. Separate childcare from wider household work.
  3. Review individual candidates. Compare relevant experience, references, communication and availability.
  4. Interview and use a trial where appropriate. Agree the trial terms clearly.
  5. Confirm employment terms. For permanent direct hires, the household remains responsible for the employer obligations that apply, including right-to-work checks.
